Celebrity photographer Tyler Shields was up to no good when he got together with Backstreet Boy AJ McLean, former 'Mad Men' star Michael Gladis and actress Lauren Hanawalt. As if putting a Backstreet Boy into a Halo suit wasn't enough, McLean and Gladis got themselves into a bit of trouble with some sharp objects on the set.
"Normally, when I do the costume shots, I don't like to tell people who's in them, but I thought this one was especially funny since it was AJ," Tyler tells PopEater.
What's next for this eclectic artist? New Kids on the Block wrestling with the cast of 'Boardwalk Empire'? Check out our exclusive behind-the-scenes video from the shoot as well as more fantastic photos after the jump.

Translation
Backstreet Boy is a videogame-fan: AJ McLean as a killer in Halo costume
In the past AJ McLean [32] was well-known as the Bad Boy of the Backstreet Boys. But even it has become more silent around him since his drugs - and alcohol antics, he still loves to mime the badass. Now a very cool video emerged which will also be liked by video gamers. For the star photographer AJ slipped into the role of a murdering Halo-Fighter.
Besides a photoshoot both made a short film together with actor Michael Gladis [33] & model Lauren Hanawalt. Under the slogan "Destroy love before it destroys you" the soldier falls in love with a very pretty girl, but is cheated by her together with his best friend - which motivates him to kill both. He chokes his best friend to death, kills his girlfriend with a knife.
Very harsh - but his outfit is priceless. You can watch the horrible clip here:
